13  This article is about an amazing new mother in Poland who was in labor for 75 days!  She obviously was willing to do anything for her triplets to have a fighting chance.  The first was born premature and did not survive.  After being put on bed rest (with her legs tilted up at a 30 degree angle) for 2 1/2 more months, the last two triplets were born healthy at 32 weeks.  Since the first was born, the whole 75 days in between was technically labor.
