The 28th Amendment

Every time someone says something like:

"A woman's right to have her reproductive healthcare covered by her insurance trumps the right of her employer to control her sex life"

Or "Women have a fundamental right to free birth control"

This is what I think:

The 28th amendment to the Constitution
The right of women of all ages to receive birth control, free of cost, shall not be denied by the United States or by any State for any reason.  Employers who pay for women's health insurance must provide such coverage in their plans, regardless of the employers own conscientious objections.  This amendment supersedes all previous amendments.  (see amendment 1).
